John brings a wealth of litigation experience having handled a variety of matters, some of them resulting in landmark decisions, in constitutional law, judicial review, employment and labour relations, election petitions, commercial law, environment and land and general civil litigation. He has represented constitutional commissions, trade unions, domestic and international corporates, private clients, educational institutions, banks and non-governmental organizations.
While his practice makes him a regular participant in the courts either zealously prosecuting or defending a client’s case, he equally offers advisory services on a variety of legal matters that tend to be potentially litigious or have just turned out as litigious.
