Patricia Aika Matthyse

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Kent. She also has a Master of Laws degree from the prestigious King’s College London, focusing on Corporate Governance, Regulation of the Conduct of Mergers and Acquisitions, the Law of International Finance, and International Investment Arbitration. Additionally, she has completed Kenya School of Law and is currently awaiting her admission to the Bar.
At MMA, Patricia works in the Commercial and Litigation department, centring around legal auditing, Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG), Employment and Labour Law, among others. She is skilled in legal research, writing, drafting, and has quick problem-solving capabilities. Her tenacity and positive attitude, paired with commitment to high-quality work, make her an invaluable asset to our team.
